EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, direct access to our primary care physicians during extended hours by phone or video chat.
o This benefit is available after clinic is closed until 11pm on weekdays.
o During the weekend and holidays; from 8am until 11pm.
On-line Follow-up Visits during regular business hours.
o As long as no follow-up for blood pressure or heart rate is necessary.
o Keep in mind, our doctors will be alone in our offices and you are responsible to be by yourself on your end of the communication to preserve HIPAA Law. It is the member's responsibility to allow/disallow someone else to engage in the consults.

o On our website, you may learn about nutrition, healthy diet and exercises by watching videos, webinars, and download meal plans, cookbooks, food journal, recipes, etc.
o Also watch an online grocery tour on what to buy in regular supermarkets.
o MP3 versions are available, so you may listen when more convenient.
o Conversation to know about your health or medical conditions.
5-minutes Consults during business hours.
o Members will get five minutes to quickly solve an issue with our doctors during business hours between patient appointments.
*This plan is limited to two adults and has a minimum length of 3 months. A charge will be accessed monthly for this plan after initial purchase.
